Size of the excised tissues is determined in such a way as to provide finger plantar flexion. Sew the plantar plate end to end in the position of the plantar flexion of the finger, cover the suture line with the sheath of the synovial sheath of the tendon of the long flexor of the fingers, which is sewn, stitching to the plantar plate and positioning the line of the seams perpendicular to the line of the seams previously laid on the plantar plate.
