SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for reconstructive oculoplastic operations in formation of locomotive stump with further exoprosthetics. During evisceration of eyeball by means of radionife performed is cut on limb with arc length 100-130 degrees towards the side opposite to zone of sicatricial-adhesive process, with 30 degrees indent from the line, which connects cornea centre with one of edges of sicatricial-adhesive process zone. From the middle of limbal incision radial cut with size 3-8 mm is made on sclera with radionife with preservation of fibrous membrane of anterior segment of eye, after that evisceration, nevrectomy and implantation of endoprosthesis are performed. Intraoperationally exoprosthetics of eye is carried out, drainage tube being installed under exoprosthesis for one-three days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to preserve integrity of fibrous membrane of anterior eye part with the aim of high cosmetic result, and reduce operation duration, ensures good hemostasis.
