In order to eviscerate the eyeball containing silicone oil in the vitreal cavity, the anterior eye segment, inner membranes and silicone oil are first removed through the through annular incision on the corneal periphery. That is followed by excising the sclera-conjunctival ring containing the limbal region and the rest of the cornea, and removing the remaining tissues.

EFFECT: method provides enlarging indications for eyeball eavescaling, complete removal of eyeball and silicone oil inner shells.
