FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of demineralised crushed bone matrix. Proposed method comprises bone crushing, bone fragments processing by Tween-80 solution, detergent removal and treatment by isopropanol-chloroform mix in ultrasound bath. Then, crumb is washed in water, processed by HCl solution , rinsed by distilled water and placed into phosphate buffer to be rinsed by distilled water. Obtained fragments are filled with ethanol. Crumb is dried, minced by mill and sized on vibratory screen to preset size, freeze-dried and sterilised at definite conditions.
EFFECT: high biocompatibility, osteoconductive and osteoinductive properties.
