FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding plastic articles, namely, to producing mould tooling from rigid thermosetting plastic. Proposed method comprises applying material on pattern and its thermosetting. Note here that article and pattern are made from materials with different thermal expansion factors. Article is separated from pattern at such temperature whereat gap formed between article and pattern exceeds double roughness of patter surface, Note also that said gap is filled with silicone oligomer.
EFFECT: ease of separation, longer life.
