FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: valve for hot gas consumption control comprises a housing with input and output pipes. In the output pipe there is a saddle with a delivery outlet with contacting with a flap by facing surfaces. The flap is connected kinematically to the shaft. The flap is made of molybdenum tungsten alloy. The basis of this alloy is molybdenum with the addition of 22…30% of tungsten. The saddle is made of the same heat-resistant alloy as the flap with uniform pores. These pores are filled throughout the entire volume with low-melting anti-friction material, mainly the copper. The pore volume comprises 10…20% of the alloy.
EFFECT: reliability improvement of the valve owing to reducing the value of hinge moment and decrease in erosive wear of materials of the flap and the saddle, regulating the minimum cross section of the valve.
