SUBSTANCE: unit of the pair of a shutter and a seat of hot gas flow regulator comprises a shutter made from high-temperature metal alloy and a seat from carbon-base material. The shutter and the seat are in contact with each other by identical surfaces. Delivery outlets in the shutter and the seat are of rectangular shape. One of the delivery outlet sides is perpendicular to the shutter rotation axis. Distance between the sides of the seat delivery outlet perpendicular to the shutter rotation axis is more than the distance between the sides of the shutter delivery outlet perpendicular to its rotation axis. Sides of the shutter delivery outlet perpendicular to its rotation axis are placed inside the sides of the seat delivery outlet perpendicular to the shutter rotation axis.

EFFECT: improved performance reliability of the pair due to the prevention of wear of the side edges of a seat made from carbon-base material and reduced leakages of combustion products.
