FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hot gas flow rate control valve consists of a housing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, a seat with a flow port, which is installed in the outlet branch pipe, a damper kinematically connected to a shaft insulated with a seal; graphite rings are installed in series between thermal-protective coating of the housing and external surface of the shaft, and the shaft consists of hot and cold sections that are connected to each other by means of pins. Middle graphite ring has stepped shape in cross section and encloses pins so that an annular gap is formed between end faces of pins and inner surface of graphite ring.
EFFECT: improvement of designs of valves operating under conditions of high temperatures and pressures and intended to control thrust vector of aircrafts.
