METHOD FOR THERMAL DEACTIVATION AND UTILISATION OF ORGANIC WASTES IN MOBILE FURNACE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F23G5/20 

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for thermal deactivation and utilisation of organic wastes is implemented in rotating furnace of pyrolysis type in the form of cylinder, which is installed on mobile transfer platform or a vehicle. Combustion chamber inside furnace is separated into two parts; some part of combustion chamber inside furnace, which has smooth surface, is used for loading of wastes, and semi-cylindrical grids are installed on surface of the other part of combustion chamber, which is used for cutting - crushing the wastes during rotation and vibration of the furnace, along its length from one end to the other one. Pointed projections which are located along the arc of cross section of grid with certain pitch are installed on bars of each grid.

EFFECT: increasing waste combustion efficiency during their transportation owing to improving air flow supplied to places of waste combustion and waste crushing.
