FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to the method and device for a thermal sterilisation and utilisation of organic waste. The mobile device contains a furnace of a pyrolysis type, a module of supply of air and energy carrier into a combustion chamber of the furnace, the said module is assembled on a cargo bed of a truck or a trailer; the mobile device also contains loading and unloading equipment with a material hoist, a system of power supply, a system of manual or automated control of combustion, afterburning and utilisation processes, a system of heat utilisation, and a small-sized after burning chamber, operating on the base of plasma treatment of exhaust gases by means of a high temperature flame of a special plasma burner. The method includes assembly of the furnace of a pyrolysis type on the cargo bed of a truck or a trailer, supply of fuel via the fuel equipment to nozzles, spraying and creating a combustible mixture which is ignited with electrodes. The walls of the furnace are protected with a heat insulator made out of fire resistant fiber. Waste is loaded into the furnace on a special tray by means of loading-unloading device; the said tray is assembled in the furnace chamber and represents a series of modules of gas-rays heater, in pipes of which combustion of gas occurs. Waste and fuel combustion products are directed into the small-size afterburning chamber, where exhaust gases are cleaned from harmful substances by means of passing them through a flame of the high temperature special plasma burner; after that gases are let out into open air. There is achieved environment and biological safety in regions remote from location of stationary complexes for similar waste utilisation.

EFFECT: provides thermal sterilisation and utilisation of organic waste while maintaining environment and biological safety.
