FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: one measures mechanical vibrations registered in the electric signal of current in the asynchronous electric motor stator winding. The asynchronous electric motor is used as a vibration sensor. After measurement of the current signal from the asynchronous electric motor stator its processing and conversion take place. Current spectrum is used as the diagnostic parameter. The current signal frequency is normalised to the mains frequency; by variation in the amplitude of roper frequencies of the valve assemblies and the electric motor one judges on a defect development. When differences appear between the measured and baseline spectrum values in excess of the allowable disalignment parameters one concludes on malfunction of a specific electrodriven valve assembly.
