DEVICE AND METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF TECHNICAL CONDITION OF ASYNCHRONOUS MOTORS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G01M7/02

Abstract RU 2711647 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology. Device includes input of engine parameters, two inputs of vibration signals of engine bearings, inputs of current signal and phase voltage of stator of induction motor, input of engine torque signal, input of engine rpm sensor, ambient temperature sensor and four temperature sensors corresponding to temperatures of bearings, stator and rotor. Spectrum calculation channel consists of a selector, an analogue-to-digital converter and a spectrum computer. Calculated spectra are transmitted to a spectral analyzer corresponding to each signal, where the amplitudes of the characteristic frequencies corresponding to the defects of the asynchronous motor are found. This information, as well as information from temperature sensors, are fed to input of multidimensional regression, by means of which current technical state of the engine is determined and residual resource forecast can be performed. Multidimensional regression recovers unknown dependence of observed real value from set of real features, thus it is possible to estimate current technical condition by expert scale and calculate possible residual life of engine.

EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosing and predicting the technical state of asynchronous motors.
