SUBSTANCE: in the method of diagnosing the technical state of electric machines by the method of vector of generalized technical condition of electric motor axes of vibration, temperature and current are taken as vector coordinates. The scale and value for each of the axes is selected proportionally to the selected method of signal processing from the corresponding sensor and in the simplest case is directly proportional to the maximum measured value of the individual parameter. The measured values are converted by input non-linear functions, scaled, summed with the formation of the generalized three-dimensional technical condition vector, the vector is estimated from the given threshold values with subsequent visualization on the display. The reliability of diagnosing the defect significantly increases when applying three diagnostic parameters, generalized into one. Thus, it is possible to compensate shortcomings of one method with the merits of the other.

EFFECT: increase of reliability, productivity, safety of operation of mechanisms with the electric drive.
