SUBSTANCE: process cartridge, which can be detachably installed in the main unit of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, has an electrophotographic light-sensitive drum; a charging roller, a first frame for supporting said electrophotographic light-sensitive drum and said charging roller; a developing roller; a second frame for supporting said developing roller; a motive force detecting part of the drum; a motive force detecting part of the developing roller; a first part meant for support; a second part meant for support; a first part meant for positioning; a second part meant for positioning; a charging lateral contact for bias voltage of the cartridge; a developing lateral contact for bias voltage of the cartridge; and a part meant for tightening.
EFFECT: design of a process cartridge which can be installed with high precision relative the main unit of the image forming apparatus with respect to radial and longitudinal directivity of the electrophotographic light-sensitive drum, in a position where the process cartridge is installed in the main unit of the apparatus.
