SUBSTANCE: methods are provided to switch Bose particles, which are in the state of the Bose-Einstein condensate, between two related quantum states. In the method a summary concentration of Bose particles is established, which exceeds the threshold value. Switching is carried out due to variation of Bose particle concentration in one of states, difference of quantum state phases, difference of potentials of quantum states or an association coefficient.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to implement a Bose particle switch, a modulator and a transistor.
