SUBSTANCE: in the system the first and second N-channel switchboards are included with N information inputs and outputs, N2 control inputs, the first and second control signal generators (CSG), N information inputs of the first switchboard are information inputs of optic fibre transmission systems (OFTS), and N information outputs of the second are outputs, an n information output, where of the first switchboard is connected to an appropriate input of an electronic optic converter (EOC), an n input, where of the second switchboard - with an appropriate output of an optic electronic converter (OEC), N2 control outputs of the first CSG are connected to appropriate control inputs of the first switchboard, and an additional synchronising output of the first CSG is connected to an additional EOC input, N2 control outputs of the second CSG with appropriate control inputs of the second switchboard, an additional output of the OEC is connected with the input of the second one.
