FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Protective device for protection of tissues contains envelope, going from distal end to proximal end. Envelope contains, at least, one canal of filling, which has a hole and is capable of receiving flowing medium, introduced through said hole, by which said flowing medium fills, at least, one part of envelope. Canal of filling contains multitude of circular filled segments along envelope length and multiple longitudinal filled segments, connected with said multitude of circular filled segments by means of cross connections. Protective device additionally contains external sleeve and internal sleeve, which form an space, in which it contains multitude of longitudinal filled segments and multitude of circular filled segments in form of envelope frame inside the space between external and internal sleeves. Described is method of tissue protection by means of claimed device.
EFFECT: protection of tissue of increased lumen and ensuring rigidity both against radial collapse and against longitudinal deflection.
