SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology. Perform a cut that borders the laryngotracheal defect. Form two identical skin flaps along the perimeter of the defect. Stitched by non-penetrating seams without tension, with the preservation of a defect 4–5 mm in the lower corner of the laryngotraeostome. Exude the sternum-sublingual and sternum-thyroid muscles or sternocleidomastoid muscles. Mobilize and stitch the previously left ligatures, also with the preservation of a defect in the lower corner of the laryngotraostome. As a prosthesis a reticulated reinforced polypropylene endoprosthesis is used, cut out according to the shape of the defect. Prosthesis is fixed with nodal seams around the perimeter and in the center of the formed lining, using threads with a long resorption time. Stored defect is formed on the upper edge by two unsealed seams through all the layers. Wound is closed.

EFFECT: method allows to plasticize the defect of the anterior wall of the larynx and/or trachea, exclude granulation and tissue trauma in the postoperative area, to facilitate access to the larynx and/or trachea if it is necessary to perform repeated surgical interventions by forming two skin flaps, the use of the sternum-sublingual and sternum-thyroid muscles or the sternocleidomastoid muscles, use as a prosthesis mesh reinforced polypropylene endoprosthesis, preservation of a defect in the lower corner of the laryngotraostome.
