FIELD: transport, package.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to test-tube for packing preset volume of biological substance with low storage temperature and containing it system. The test-tube has inner diameter of at least 6 mm, is closed from one end and has orifice at the opposite end to inject the mentioned preset volume through it. The test-tube also contains zone to accept the mentioned volume and annular end-section. The mentioned annular section is made capable to be easier collapsed by pressing than the mentioned inlet zone and take up flattened position in which edges come in contact with each other and then are hitched up forming pressure seal of the mentioned test-tube. Herewith, the mentioned annular section has at least in the portion of its length lesser thickness than thickness of the mentioned inlet zone. The system contains at least one test-tube and welding device with clamps made capable to give flattened position to the mentioned annular section and weld edges together with creation of the mentioned pressure seal.
EFFECT: technical result consists in better sealing of closed test-tube while maintaining adequate mechanical strength of its inlet zone.
