FIELD: laboratory glassware.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory glassware, in particular to plastic microtubes in strips, and can be used for multistage biochemical analyzes using thermal cycling catalyst elements, including PCR analyzes using an amplifier. A strip with test tubes is made by casting and consists of a number of tubes connected in series, each tube contains a body and a lid connected to the body by means of a flexible bridge; the body is open on one side and is made of a cylindrical shape, turning into a conical one, tapering to the bottom of the body, and the thickness of the conical wall of the body is 0.25 mm, while the tubes are connected by connecting straps, and the ratio of the bottom thickness to the thickness of the conical wall of the body is 2÷3; the lid contains a ring-shaped element made with the possibility of entering into the body of the test tube from the open side with an interference fit when the test tube is closed with the lid.

EFFECT: improving the performance of tubes in a strip due to a significant acceleration of analyzes, increasing the reliability of analyzes and the accuracy of analysis results, including by the PCR method, increasing the strength of tubes in a strip, as well as ease of use.
