FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to an automatic vacuum lancet and a blood sampling kit comprising a blood sampling container and an automatic vacuum lancet. Lancet comprises a body for placement on a target area of the patient's body for blood sampling. Body is equipped with a connector for connection to a biological fluid collection container. In the body there is a mechanism for creating a vacuum and an actuator. Actuator piston is connected to the blade and is movable under the action of the first spring. Piston of the vacuum generating mechanism is made with possibility of movement under the action of the second spring to form a vacuum chamber. First and second pistons are equipped with retainers of their initial position. First piston is located inside the second piston. Actuator and the vacuum generating mechanism provide fixation of the first and second pistons under the action of the first and second springs in the compressed configuration in the initial position of the blade. First piston is fixed in the extreme upper position. Second piston is fixed in the extremely lower position with arrangement of its base at the base of the housing with formation of a gap between bases of the first and the second pistons, which is sufficient for placement of a blade in it.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the portable automatic vacuum lancet with increasing its reliability and safety, as well as increasing the volume of the collected material while reducing the length of the procedure.
