FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in metal deformation hardening at intensive plastic deformation. Metal plate is deformed by channel-angular pressing. Plate is extruded through intersecting first and second channels of female die. Extra bending strain is developed in plate on first channel bottom. Deformation in female die second channel changes plate cross-section shape. For this, first channel bottom surface is crimped.
EFFECT: higher rigidity.
