FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device contains pipe housing with the first and the second ends connected to elements of drilling column, and at least one rib passing along housing external surface, the rib has edge perpendicular to the housing and which contacts with material adjoining to well shaft wall, the first and the second bearings installed on housing with possibility of rotation and contacting with well shaft wall. The first bearing is retained by the first shoulder, located on pipe housing, and the first ring, located on the housing between the first end and the first bearing. The second bearing is retained by the second shoulder, located on the housing, and the second ring.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency of well cleanout.
