FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: gas flow meter-counter has a housing (35) with inlet and outlet channels, and radiaxial meter run unit placed in a cover (10). The cover is in form of a damper-cup with vertical alternating window-grooves with possibility of moving along the vertical axis of rotation, which is a frame. The frame consists of top (8) and bottom (7) conical parts, a cylindrical part (22) with windows (21) profiled on the height, in the cross-section of which there are blades (6), damper fixing rings (19) and an outer ring for fastening the blades, a connecting pipe with an inner conical section (33) which, together with the bottom conical part (7) of the frame, forms the main ring nozzle and with additional nozzles (5) a converter for converting rotational frequency of the meter run into an electrical signal (28) and an electronic signal processing circuit. The additional nozzles (5) are in form of slits formed by grooves which taper in the tangential direction of rotation of the meter run. The grooves are made on the conical section of the connecting pipe, and by the bottom conical part of the frame of the meter run with direction of the jet onto the region of transition of the radiaxial part of the blade into the axial. The vertical axis of rotation of the meter run is in form of a shaft with pins attached to bearings on the base of the cover, or is in form of a string with centre marks attached to bearings on the base of the cover. The gas flow meter-counter is provided with a manometric tensoresistive corrector of density adjustments (42), which is in form of a separate insert unit placed in the top part of the housing and having a sealed gas-filled correcting chamber, an elastic deformation element with a tensoresistor converter which separates the sealed gas-filled correcting chamber from the output cavity of the flow meter, a tensoresistive network for reducing residual temperature error, connected into an electronic signal processing circuit.
EFFECT: reduced lower measurement limit, wider operating range for measuring gas flow rate from mass, high accuracy and operational reliability.
