SUBSTANCE: power transformer contains an active part 1, consisting of a magnetic conductor 2 with a winding 3 placed inside a tank 4 filled with cooling liquid 5. The tank 4 is equipped with a cover 6, an expander 7 and hinged radiators 8. The inputs 9 and 10 of upper and lower +9 voltage are placed on the cover 6. The hollow conductors 11 with an electroconductive part 14 are filled with ferromagnetic liquid 5.

EFFECT: enhancement of windings rigidity in case of short-circuit fault.
