FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. One extracts protein substances of soya seeds to produce soya protein base. One introduces the mushroom paste into the base at a ratio of the soya protein base to mushroom paste equal to 8:1. The protein-and-mushroom clot is separated from whey and mixed with prepared fern at a ratio of 1:4. The mixture is moulded into granules and dried in an air flow at a temperature of 70-80°C till moisture content is equal to 8-10%.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with high protein content, including a vitamin-and-mineral complex and with high antioxidant activity.
