FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to farming industry, in particular, to cattle-breeding. The method involves feeding a fodder with standard content of nutritional substances to lactating cows. Additionally to standard feeding, lactating cows are fed every day with "Iodocasein" biologically active additive in the form of a water solution with concentration equal to 4 mg % in an amount of 100 ml of the said solution per 100 kg of animal live weight.
EFFECT: method allows to enhance lactation performance of lactating cows after expiry of milking process in the housing season.
