FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to manufacture of extruded products appropriate for consumption, for example, by people and animals. In the process of the extruded product manufacture one adds an auxiliary raw material in accordance with the recipe into the mixture of the base pulse crop raw material. The manufactured mixture is moisturised, crushed and sweated with water during 12 hours to produce a raw material mixture with moisture content equal up to 50% and fat content equal up to 40%. Then the raw material mixture is supplied for heating and condensation into the press-extruder wherein, after preliminary condensation of the mixture, the temperature in the operation chamber rises up to 120-130°C under a pressure of more than 50 atm to produce a porous environmentally safe monoproduct. The auxiliary raw material is represented by girasol, holy thistle, blood meal, varied kind cake.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to efficiently process a wide spectrum of raw material into a bioavailable and environmentally safe extruded product.
