FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Two pairs of parallel rods for osteosynthesis are introduced into posterior-superior iliac spines. Assembly of transosseous module for reposition and fixation of posterior parts of pelvis and bringing down of unstable half of pelvis are performed. After that, sunk rods are introduced along crests and in superacetabular areas of iliac bones. Supports of front module are assembled. Final reposition of fragments of anterior pelvis is realised, step-by-step reposition of anterior and posterior pelvic semirings is carried out by means of two separate transosseous modules which are not connected to each other. In case if open reposition of fragments of pubis or ischial bones is necessary or in case of symphysis pubis rupture, osteosynthesis with extramedullary plate is additionally performed.
EFFECT: method ensures low-traumatic reposition and stabilisation of pelvis fragments by means of lightened construction of external fixation.
