FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: transosseous module for posterior pelvis reduction and fixation comprises right and left fixing assembly and a reducing assembly. Each of the above fixing assemblies has two transosseous rods, internal and external bars. The transosseous rods have an endosseous threaded segment min. 40 mm long and a fastening threaded segment 40 to 80 m long. Each of the bars above has three longitudinal cross holes and one screw hole in an end face. The paired bars are parallel with the cross holes coaxially so that the first and third holes accommodate the transosseous rods to be screwed between and outside the bars. The threaded holes are directed oppositely. The reducing assembly has an upper long beam min. 160 mm long and a lower short beam at least 80 mm long with cross passages, four threaded crossbars 60 to 100 mm long, four holed carrier plates with a threaded shank. In the passages at the end of the beams, there are screwed threaded shanks of the carrier plates. The holes of each carrier plate bear the threaded crossbars mounted by adjustment nuts from above and below the hole. The threaded crossbars mounted in the upper long beam are fixed in the threaded holes of the external plates from above the right and left fixing assemblies. The threaded crossbars mounted in the lower short crossbar are fixed in the threaded holes of the internal plates from below the right and left fixing assemblies.
EFFECT: reducing bone fragment reduction in unilateral vertical sacral fractures or ruptured sacroiliac junction.
