SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and is intended for use in treatment of unstable pelvic ring injuries accompanied by vertical bone displacement. Anterior and posterior areas of the pelvic bone are set in phases by using semi-rings of the external fixation of the pelvis. To fix the anterior area of the pelvic bones, an apparatus for external fixation of bones is used, and to fix the posterior area of the pelvic bones, an apparatus for internal fixation is used. After surgery, the apparatus for external repositioning of the posterior semi-ring of the pelvic bones is removed.
EFFECT: method provides improved comfortable conditions for a patient and reduced risk of postoperative complications.
