SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce rods into anterior-superior iliac spines, introduce rods along iliac crests from the point being distally against anterior-superior spines, at the angle of 170° against horizontal axis, introduce rods in supracotyloid iliac areas in horizontal and frontal planes, at the angle of 90° against sagittal plane, mount two pelvic supports at the angle of 40° against horizontal plane, carry out reposition of fragments at body side position, connect the supports tightly at the front, apply two compressing screws through the line of sacro-iliac symphysis. The innovation enables to decrease massiveness and complexity of the construction, provides reliable fixation and early activation in patients.
