FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports equipment, namely to simulators for independent safe athletic training exercises by persons in wheelchairs in small spaces and at home, as well as for training athletes and general fitness training in sports and recreation complexes. Wall-mounted simulator includes a housing fixed on the wall. In the housing the axis is mounted on which the pendulum is mounted with the possibility of swinging. On the pendulum and the wall the catchers are attached. The loading device can be made in the form of elastic elements (eg, rubber cords or springs), on the ends of which the hooks are fixed that interact with the catchers on the pendulum and on the wall. The loading device can also be made in the form of a bracket attached to the pendulum. On the bracket the load elements are mounted in the form of exchangeable loads. At the bottom of the pendulum the arm rests are mounted in the form of a rod. In the housing the means of fixation of the loading device is installed in the form of a rest. The rest can be made adjustable for height and folding.
EFFECT: provision of an independent and safe exercise of "bench press" by persons in a wheelchair, as well as simplifying the construction.
