Device contains pump-accumulator station, pressure and return cylinders, plungers of which are connected in pairs to each roll cushion, and the fluid flow control systems of pressure cylinders, each of which includes tracking, switching and two clamped spool, hydraulic gearbox and multiplier block. Hydraulic gearbox contains movable block of plungers and two high and low pressure cylinders. Multiplier block consists of two movable rigidly connected cylinder plungers, two fixed low-pressure cylinders, two fixed hollow plungers of high-pressure cylinders, four check valves and two-position valve with switching device.

EFFECT: use of invention makes it possible to reduce energy losses and improve device efficiency.
