SUBSTANCE: there are produced peptides having one to fourteen residues which represents short fragments of the peptide HB-107 (SEQ ID NO:1) which in itself is a fragment of the antibacterial protein cecropin C and shows cell stimulation, migration and anti-inflammatory properties.
EFFECT: using the produced peptides with respect to keratinocytes being higher sensitive to the given effects, enables treating skin damages, such as diabetic ulcer damages; the peptides are also effective for prevention and relief of the skin surface damages caused by various disturbing environmental factors, in the concentrations equal to or more than the concentration of the peptide HB-107.
