FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: white sugar is produced from cow parsnip. Cow parsnip is used both as growing wild and cultivated, containing sucrose in an amount of 17 - 31% from the budding stage to the blooming stage.
EFFECT: method allows to solve such problem as restriction of expansion and harmfulness of the cow parsnip as an aggressive invasion species.
