SUBSTANCE: blood sample with herpes virus antibody titre 1:12800 in the third trimester of gestation is analysed for the content of interleukin-8 and serotonin. If observing increasing the content of interleukin-8 up to 37.0±0.9 pg/ml (control - 15.2±1.2 pg/ml), serotonin up to 1.97±0.02 mcmole/l (control - 0.42±0.03 mcmole/l) that leads to increasing erythrocyte membrane microviscosity up to 0.86±0.005 F_e/F_M (control - 1.14±0.006 F_e/F_M) that enables threatening disturbance of their structural-functional state.

EFFECT: improved evaluation accuracy.
