FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electromagnet relay comprises a system to stabilise operation of contacts, installed outside the winding area, comprising a "П"-shaped bracket fixed on the core surface and spring entering with one side into an upper support bushing installed in a horizontal shelf of a "П"-shaped bracket, and with the other end, into the lower support bushing installed onto an anchor. The lower part of the leading plank of common contacts is arranged in the form of a comb shaped by ledges and indents forming through windows of rectangular shape. Fixation of elastic plates of common contacts on the leading plank is carried out by means of their clamping between ledges of the lower and indents of the upper parts of the leading plank, at the same time ledges in the lower part and indents in the upper part of the leading plank are arranged along the centre of elastic plates of common contacts. The system of rigid support of rear contacts is arranged for each rear contact, in the form of a rigid plate with length of 0.4-0.6 of the rear contact elastic plate shape, at the same time elastic plates of rear contacts are arranged as bent.
EFFECT: higher reliability of relay operation, its vibration resistance, faultness and reduction of labour costs for maintenance.
