FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention proposes element of electric motor or pump with movable cavity, such stator or rotor which contains polymer surface with high glass transition temperature on the element, which becomes elastic at expected operating temperature of electric motor or pump or below it and hard at ambient temperatures. Invention also proposes manufacturing methods of stator 23 and rotor with the specified characteristics of the surface.
EFFECT: since the surface becomes elastic, pump with movable cavity operates effectively at temperatures which are higher than glass transition temperature of the chosen polymer surface.
