SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stator of a screw hydraulic machine, and can be used in oil and gas, mining and other industries. Surface of teeth 4 of cover 3 of stator 1 is reinforced with fabric 8. Part of thickness of fabric 8 is filled with elastomer of cover 3 during its vulcanization. Other part of thickness of fabric 8 protrudes from surface of elastomer teeth 4, forming relief waves 7 of fabric 8 on surface of teeth 4 with relief of weaving threads 9 of fabric 8. Material of threads 9 of fabric 8 has higher wear resistance than elastomer of cover 3, and has lower coefficient of friction with material of teeth 4 of rotor 5 than elastomer of cover 3 of stator 1.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at reduction of hydraulic machine start-up pressure, increase of torque, power, efficiency and service life of the hydraulic machine.
