SUBSTANCE: method for active-passive identification of objects with replacement of active object control systems involves object control using an active control system; measuring the vector of working controls and the vector output value of the object before the end of the process cycle for the object with a cyclic control process or over a time interval exceeding or equal to the memory interval of the control system for the object with a continuous control process; preliminary estimation of prediction errors of the vector of working controls, as well as control errors of the active object control system; prediction at the start time instant tc, using a predictor, of the vector of working controls and the corresponding trajectory of the vector of output values of the object before the end of the process cycle for the object with a cyclic control process or over a time interval exceeding or equal to the memory interval of the control system for the object with a continuous control process; further, starting with the time instant tc, the object is controlled using a new control system; before conducting an experiment, the control error of the new object control system is estimated and the coefficient of transmission over the control channel is found using a formula.
