SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry, in particular - to a noodle cutting device. The device has a body, the first shaft with cutting blades having the first grooves, the second shaft with cutting blades having the second grooves, the first scraper attached to the body in the first attachment position and having the first scraping teeth (introduced into the first grooves and positioned inside them), the second scraper having the second scraping teeth, the third scraper attached to the body in the second attachment position and having the third scraping teeth and the fourth scraper having the fourth scraping teeth. The first scraper has the first passage hole. The third scraper has the second passage hole. The first attachment position is located further towards the outside wall as compared to the second teeth top position. The third attachment position is located further towards the outside wall as compared to the fourth teeth top position.

EFFECT: invention usage will enable minimisation of scrape teeth breakage and produced noodles quality improvement.
