FIELD: cutting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a slicer for slicing a material to be sliced into the same thickness and can be used in compliance with hygiene standards. Slicer comprises a resin frame with two ends of a slicing blade being supported by the paired supporting arms, a movable supporting resin plate, which is attached to the frame with the possibility of raising and lowering, first reinforcing members recessed into the frame, second reinforcing member recessed at one end of the movable supporting plate in the transverse direction, and third reinforcing member recessed at the other end.
EFFECT: as a result, the stress acting on the slicer while bending is absorbed.
