FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, mixing sauteed milled bulb onions and sunflower flour preliminarily maintained in drinking water with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves, coriander, nutmeg, nutmeg flower and laurel leaf, cooking the mixture and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce, scad cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the scad and the sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
