FIELD: separation of solid materials with the help of liquid, particularly, methods of concentration of mineral raw materials. SUBSTANCE: method includes loading of liquid and initial material onto upper part of inclined working surface with obstacles located on its edges; separation of initial material into fractions by use of transverse and longitudinal reciprocation of working surface with interruption of these motions by impact of working surface by obstacles located in space near working surface; provision of increase of speed of transverse reciprocation of working surface as soon as pulp approaches its lower edge by limiting the motions of working surface upper and lower parts with the help of obstacles, and selection of optimal classification conditions. Obtained fractions are withdrawn in lower part of working surface through holes in obstacles depending on inclination of working surface.
