METHOD OF MAKING DECORATIVE SOLID COMPOSITION ON FLAT SURFACE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC B44C1/00 

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and decorative art. Proposed method comprises creating integral composition in graphical programming environment, its separate elements being made to produce casting mould or moulds for solid decorative elements to be made thereby. Master drawing is developed on the basis of said composition and elaborated in details including enumeration of separate composition elements and marking of lines for further perforation and cutouts with isolating through holes points. Perforation is performed in marked lines and through holes are bored at isolated points. Master drawing is applied on flat straight surface, its edges being glued thereto. Holes are bore in flat surface through master drawing holes for dowels to be drawn therein while cutouts are made on perforation lines of master drawing extending beyond outline of every composition element. Self-driving screw is screwed in every dowel driven therein. Glue is applied on screw holder head surface after selecting solid decorative element in compliance with element number specified on master drawing. Said element is pressed against holder head. Solid elements are glued directly to flat surface after bending master drawing sections along lines of perforation. After mounting all decorative elements, master drawing is withdrawn.

EFFECT: ease of mounting, higher accuracy, lower costs.
