FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: resilient rail brace with force closure for rail tracks comprises a tensioning element (11) made in the form of a clamp with torsion elbows from elastic material, in particular, hardened steel, which in the assembled condition is fixed on a sleeper element (3), in particular, on a concrete sleeper, by means of a holder and a fastening anchor (13) vertically stretching through it and renders a clamping force that retains a rail (1) in the required position. The rail is installed on the sleeper element through a rail pad (6). The rail pad (6) is arranged as a whole with retention blocks (10) installed at its ends and having through holes (12) for fastening anchors (13), so that at one side tensioning elements are retained with geometric closure, and at the other side, the retention blocks (10), and thus the tensioning elements (11) are arranged as capable of tightening with the rail (1), inserted with its foot (2) between the retention blocks (10).
EFFECT: simplified assembly and disassembly of a structure.
