FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: gate includes frame and bed filled with ferrofluid. Bed is designed bilayered and installed with possibility of location in stationary guide posts and in upper part of gate behind the frame. Gate is provided with source of magnetic field for interaction with ferrofluid in bed cavity. Bed covering in expanded state is located in vertical guide posts with possibility of thickening and thrust-locking interaction with inner edges of frame openings and guide posts. Source of magnetic field may be designed as a solenoid located in transverse plane around bed.
EFFECT: enhancing strength of bed, reliability of tightening of gaps between box and bed of protective gate, providing automatic locking of bed in box without use of any special mechanisms.
