Abstract RU 2460057 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: points of possible maximum strains are defined on tested structure surface. Said points are subjected 5-10 times to mechanical load not exceeding limiting magnitude to define strain thereat while structure strength is defined with due allowance with strain magnitudes. Applied three-stage mechanical load is directed opposite the dead weight and weight of operating load. Strain is measured at every loading at dangerous cross-section and nearby it. Position of neutral axis in element cross-section is defined to plot strain diagram with the help of measured strains in dangerous cross-section. Three average relative strains values along with loads F related therewith, to indicate points in axes of coordinates ε-F to plot average axis of dependence of load on relative strain. Measured relative strains ε are laid off on diagram abscissa. Relative strain value equal to 0.05% corresponding to material ultimate strength is used hereby diagram F(ε) is taken to be straight line. Structure bearing capacity is defined as interval of values Law of uniform distribution of limiting load F(ε) is plotted by known values and . Structure bearing capacity is defined by preset probability as abscissa in law of distribution with appropriate probability.
