FIELD: non-destructive testing of steel trusses by static load.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the inspection and testing of buildings and structures. In the revealed functions of the dependence of the relative deformation on the load, the limiting values of the relative deformation are substituted, calculated for each rod separately (according to the criterion of stability and according to the criterion of the limit of proportionality for compressed rods; according to the criterion of the limit of proportionality for tensioned ones), and the bearing capacity and reliability are determined graphically based on the dependencies of the truss deflection on the relative deformation of the truss rods. As a result of testing the truss, its bearing capacity is found out in the form of an interval of ultimate load [Fult; Fult], as well as the maximum allowable deflection in the form of an interval [fult; fult]. The reliability of the farm is also determined by the formula
P=(1-(Afailure/(fult- fult)( freal- freal))), where freal and freal are upper and lower estimated values of the current deflection of the truss from the operational load; Afailure is the area of the cut-off part of the rectangle constructed according to the graphs (Fig. 1).
EFFECT: improving the accuracy and reliability of determining the bearing capacity of steel trusses at the stage of their operation, the operational assessment of reliability, as well as the possibility of controlling and monitoring the bearing capacity and reliability of the truss.
